We don't say unos in spanish. Number 1 is uno. Never unos or primeros, which are words referring to ones and firsts respectively.

16: dieciséis (one word, with tilde)
17: diecisiete
18: dieciocho
19: diecinueve
21: veintiuno
22: veintidós
23: veintitrés
...
29: veintinueve
31: treinta y uno (can also be written in one word: treintaiuno)

birthday is cumpleaños, with eñe (enye). Do never ano for year, cause ano means ass.

Days and months can be perfectly capitalized.

Please, use tildes:
When you are asking questions: ¿Cuánto..., ¿Cuándo..., ¿Qué... ¿Dónde....
