In Portuguese, when we speak, for certain types of questions, the interrogative can be moved around in the sentence for example, "És da onde? Vives a onde? Tens quantos anos?" just to name a few.
Also, there is an expression "é que" that is used with interrogatives (more often with certain interrogatives than others) and sometimes is ommited. For example, "De onde é que és? Onde é que vives?"
